Privacy policy

What I collect

Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write. I only receive this when you send it.

Chat assistant: the messages you type to the on-site assistant, so it can answer.

Analytics: anonymous page-view statistics from Vercel Analytics. They do not identify you personally.

Technical logs: IP address and browser details that the hosting provider records when you visit.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal. This is a step taken at your request before any contract.

To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful. This is my legitimate interest.

Who handles it

Supabase stores contact form submissions in a database.

Email delivery uses Google (Gmail) or an SMTP provider to notify me and to send you a confirmation.

Google's Gemini API processes messages sent to the chat assistant.

Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics.

I do not sell your data and I do not use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting work, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and you can object to its use. Write to office@yukilogic.com and I will answer.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
